St Louis Park Realtor Replacement Windows

A frantic St Louis Park Realtor called me a couple of weeks ago wondering how quickly Western Construction, Inc. could get a 5,500 square foot St Louis Park home windows replaced?

The Realtor explained that she had a cash buyer who was ready to buy and the seller was already out of the home. The only problem was the old  Anderson wood casement windows from the 50's were still in the home and they had water damage and rot. The buyer was also worried about the potential for mold because the exterior of the home was stucco. They heard about all the mold law suits resulting in extensive remediation and didn't want to get caught up in all of that.

The buyer's wanted white on white vinyl replacement windows which was great news because they are the quickest style of windows to manufacture. Some of the vinyl colors or wood grains take a couple of weeks longer to make.

I told the Realtor the turnaround time from getting the order to the installation of their new vinyl replacement windows was two to three weeks.

The Realtor was ecstatic because that fit perfectly in to the buyers plans.

Replacement Window Installation Helps Realtor Sell Home

We went ahead and ordered the new vinyl replacement windows, had them installed in two days including the clean up and exterior trim work. A couple of the old wood windows had water damage so extensive that we had to re-frame the opening. The good news is there was no lead or mold found in the home so the work was still completed in just two days.
