Most Replacement Window Contractors Wouldn't Give Us A Ball Park Figure, But Brad Chazin Did!
I called Western and other window installers late last summer. Most would not give me a ball park figure (I wanted to find out if it was doable for last year). Brad came out to let us look at the product and explain the features of the window. Of course, he thought it was one of the best windows on the market. We , weary of the salesman pitch, were not so sure, we took the information and check out several brand name windows at local building stores. After looking we were please with the window that Brad showed us and signed contract for replacement windows. The contractors that Western were very professional, they would call ahead of time to let us know when they were coming and called if they were delayed( I have waited for contractors that don't show .) The contractors finished and cleaned up well within expected time frame. Also, Brad owner/salesperson, came out to inspect the work and to see a problem that had come up during installing. Everything worked out and we are pleased with results.
